My name is Andrew and I am a forensic, electrical engineer by trade. While this job has required me to take photographs since my early 20s, it wasn’t until I had children that I started taking photography seriously. This is when I became obsessed with capturing candid, real moments. As a father, I have found that photography is a twofer; it allows me to be present with my kids and engaged as a father, while developing a craft that is rewarding and fullfilling. Whether it is having my camera handy around the house and looking for those playful moments, hitting the waves on the beach, or photographing one of their sporting events, photography allows me to deeply immerse into whatever activity my kids are doing. If you want to take photography seriously — something more than just a hobby — this website is for you. I have detailed the pros and cons of the different lenses and how the proper lens choice will help showcase whatever emotion you are trying capture. You can also contact me for a shoot but please note that I do not accept payment for my services and only do charitable events.
